This segment features a message from purported visionary ‘Pelianito’, which is shared for your discernment. It speaks about sin and Mercy, and how we must practice mercy as best we can in our own lives and towards others. It also shares a pleading from Jesus to help him in the salvation of souls. This is a call that is for all of us who have converted and who strive for Heaven and work for the Kingdom. We are called to imitate and become ‘like’ the divine Mercy, as its perfect practice is something we fall short of in our fallen nature.
To help you though, in the practice of Mercy, this segment also shares a reflection that you can subscribe to and have delivered to your inbox – ‘Divine Mercy Daily’. More information and a link to subscribe can be found here.
In a series of revelations to St. Maria Faustina Kowalska in the 1930s, our Lord called for a special feast day to be celebrated on the Sunday after Easter. Today, we know that feast as Divine Mercy Sunday, named by Pope St. John Paul II at the canonization of St. Faustina on April 30, 2000, and this year we celebrate this feast on Sunday, April 11, 2021. This is a good time to incorporate the practice and knowledge of Mercy into our spiritual lives – as a benefit for ourselves and for all those our lives and prayer lives touch.
